The glory of God’s presence is the place where you let God take control for your soul to be overwhelmed in power and glory. Until you yield your will to the Lord, you cannot encounter the glory of His presence.
God can only take control of a life that is under His control and this is only possible when you willingly let Him have his way. Those who want to always be in control, lock themselves away from the glory realm. 
No one who claims to be a servant of God operating by his intellect can encounter this glory. Those who are more sensual than spiritual hardly have supernatural manifestations in their lives and ministry. It is only by the help of the Spirit that we get divine results.
When a man comes before God in simple trust, his eyes are opened to see beyond his natural abilities by the power of the Holy Spirit.  When something is happening around him, he can see and read between the lines. The divine communion he has with God reveals to him much more than his intellect can comprehend.
The Holy Spirit does not deal with us on the surface, but He knows and reveals the depths to us. So, except a man is having a deep walk with God, he cannot see into the realm of the spirit (Psalm 42:7). God has more in store for you, don’t stop far from the glory of His presence. God bless you.

HYMN - IMMORTAL LOVE – FOREVER FULL

Love is silence – when your words would hurt.
Love is patience – when your neighbour’s curt.
Love is deafness – when a scandal flows
Love is thoughtfulness – when for others’ woes
Love is promptness – when stern duty calls
Love is courage – when misfortune falls.
The bible teaches that the three cardinal virtues of the Christian life are faith, hope, love, with love as the greatest (1 Corinthians 13:13). These virtues in a person’s life are the most convincing evidences of a personal relationship with Christ. True faith must always lead to a life of love for God and others. It also gives purpose for this life and the glorious hope of spending eternity with our King of Love. Our love relationship with others should be characterized as sacrificial, sensitive, and sharing. We should relate to people even as Jesus did. He loved individuals simply for themselves and accepted them at the place of their personal need.
In 1867 John Greenleaf Whittier, a Quaker and recognized as one of America’s finest poets, wrote a 38 stanza poem title “Our Master.” This hymn text with its emphasis upon the constancy of God’s immortal love was taken from that poem it was Whittier who once stated “a good hymn is the best use to which poetry can be directed”. The musical setting my William V. Wallace, a Scottish violinist and composer, was adapted from a longer love song, “Waft, ye Winds,” written by Wallace in 1856.
Immortal love – forever full, forever flowing free, forever shared, forever whole,  a never ebbing sea!
We may not climb the heav’nly steeps to bring the Lord Christ down; in vain we search the lowest deeps, for Him, no depths can drown.
But warm, sweet, tender, even yet a present help is He; and faith has still its life’s throne and press, and we are whole again.
Thru him the first found prayers are said our lips of childhood frame; the last low whispers of our dead are burdened with His name. O Lord and Master of us all, whatev’er our name or sing, we own thy sway, we hear thy call, we test our lives by thine! ACTION

THE GLORY OF GOD’S PRESENCE (PART 2)

Those who always want to be in control never get to encounter the true glory in the presence of God. Those who truly love God and are hungry for more of His presence, are not afraid to lose control in His presence. They trust God so much that they are willing to easily give Him control.
It is unfortunate that like these seventy elders, many have only been able to encounter such experience only once and that is it. It was once in a life time experience for them because they were not able to position themselves to encounter a greater dimension of the power and glory of God. They were overwhelmed in this encounter because they encountered a higher dimension of God. After this meeting, that was it and this is the reason why there was nothing spectacular said of them afterwards.
If you find out that since your last glorious encounter with God nothing new has happened, start praying. The truth is that this is not meant to be once in a life time experience for anyone. The Lord desires to reveal greater dimensions of His power and glory to us again and again, but only few are willing to give Him control. Go after God like you did at first, and you will be amazed the dimensions of glory that will be opened unto you. Don’t stop where you are, go after God and you will see greater dimension of His power and glory.

THE GLORY OF GOD’S PRESENCE (PART 1)

²⁵ And the Lord came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease.

If you come into God’s presence with a shallow mind or just for the sake of coming, you will miss the glory that comes from His presence. There are depths of revelation God desires to show to us, but many of us are not ready.

When God took from the spirit upon Moses, and released same on the seventy elders, the power of God came so mightily upon them, and they began to prophesy. 

This prophecy is not what most people think. When you read verse 25 from the Amplified version, it gives us a clearer picture of the prophecy we are talking about. The Amplified version explains this word as, “sounding forth the praises of God and declaring His will”. When the glory of God came upon the seventy elders, they became intoxicated; drunk with the glory and presence of God.

When a man is drunk with wine, he speaks and acts under the influence of alcohol to glorify the devil, but when a man is drunk with the Holy Ghost, he speaks and acts under the influence of the Holy Spirit to glorify God. This is the reason why when these men were under the power of the Spirit, they started by praising God and in the process, began to declare His will. This is the Amplified version explanation for the word “prophecy” (sounding forth the praises of God and declaring His will).

If you really want to be overwhelmed with the glory of God, then spend quality time in His presence through sweet fellowship. Worship in songs and the word, and watch what happens.

A drunkard is a drunkard because he spends his time and money on wine. If you desire to walk in God’s glory, then spend quality time in His presence. That is why the word of God in Ephesian 5:18 tells us not to be drunk with wine wherein in excess, but that we should be filled with the Holy Spirit.

If your life is sad, dry and empty, it is because you are not spending quality time with the Holy Spirit. Look for the things and the place that the Holy Spirit can be identified with, dwell on them and you will be amazed the glory that will saturate your soul.

Your life can be much more glorious than what it is right now. All you need to do is to go after God with all your heart, and I promise you, you will never remain the same. God bless you as you obey. Shalom!

ACCESS TO SUPERNATURAL LIFTING (PART 7)

16 And the Lord said unto Moses, Gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be the elders of the people, and officers over them; and bring them unto the tabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with thee.
17 And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear it not thyself alone.

From our study so far, you will understand that when the elders connected into the realm where God communed with Moses, they went beyond just being present in the meeting, to drinking from the source that Moses drank from.
This became possible because when Moses went into the tent of meeting, the pillar of cloud would descend by the door and the people would watch from afar at their tent door. All some people saw was a cinema, it was like a theatre for them, but the scripture says Joshua was in the tent with Moses and departed not from the tabernacle. As Moses would commune with God, Joshua was connecting and soaking into the glory. That is why it is not surprising that when it was time for someone to succeed Moses, Joshua was chosen.  
When Joshua connected into the conversation between Moses and God, he was drinking from the fountain that Moses was drinking from. As he tarried where Moses was, the anointing on Moses rubbed off on him. So, it became natural for him to give a good report when he and the spies came from Jericho, because he always would hear the word of God (Rom. 10:17). When somebody has a connection to the communion that takes place between God’s servant and God, he sets himself in a place where he cannot but be used by God.

Today, we continue on our topic “Access To Supernatural Lifting.” In our previous studies, we talked about the importance of serving others and your personal intimacy with God, being serious factors that can work in your favour, as found in the Scriptures about the 70 leaders chosen work with Moses. 
As we continue today, I want you to realize that in addition to being obedient in following the leading of God for our lives by spending quality time in His presence and serving others, it has to make it clear where the lifting is coming from. The Lord made sure that what was imparted upon them was of the same spirit and calling upon Moses.
It had to be the same spirit upon Moses, or else, there will be so much conflict of interest.
God is not the author of confusion. It was important that those who were to help Moses bear the burden of the work had the same spirit of the work. When people have a different spirit from that which is of the work, they will not be able to work with the same passion or go in the same direction. Eventually there will be problems which will make the vision suffer serious setbacks.

Today, we continue on our topic “Access To Supernatural Lifting.” In our previous studies, we concluded that part of the reason the 70 leaders chosen by Moses were given supernatural lifting was because they were individuals who were already active in their service to their community. I made it clear that if you desire true lifting in life, then you must look for opportunities to serve. Jesus said,
“If you want to be great in God’s kingdom, learn to be the servant of all.” Therefore, if you really want to lead, you must be willing to serve.
Another thing important to note from our text, is the fact that these 70 leaders that were chosen for the higher assignment, were people who were not far from the presence of God. Just before they were given this uncommon lifting, they were first introduced into the divine dialogue that was ongoing between Moses and the Lord. It was as they were in the place of divine communion that they got their supernatural lifting. So many people want to do great exploits for God, but they do not want to spend time in intimate communion with God.
The man that is estranged from the presence of God will not be able to find divine guidance for the people he is leading. Whoever seeks divine lifting must first become acquainted with God. Job 22:21-30 says, “Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee.”
God has some great and awesome plans for you, open your heart to Him, follow His ways and you will be amazed what He will do with your life. God bless you.
