Mathew 5:6 “Blessed and
fortunate and happy and spiritually prosperous (in that state in which the
born-again child of God enjoys His favor and salvation) are those who hunger
and thirst for righteousness (uprightness and right standing with God), for
they shall be completely satisfied.”AMP.
Do
you know when we sing songs and we just worship Him you think we’re just trying
to be artistic? This is not a performance; it is an expression of the intimacy
of our hearts.
CONTEMPLATION
How
many of us use to watch India films? When they want to express their intimacy
what do they do? They begin to sing. When you truly love somebody songs will
begin to form in your heart just like a mother will sing fresh composition for
her baby. It’s the connection of their intimacy that causes that composition to
begin to come out. The deeper your intimacy with God the easier it is for you
to express worship. When you have deep intimacy for Him worshiping Him is not
something that is just one of those religious things. There’s a difference
between having church and an intimate relationship with Him. There are songs we
begin to sing that addresses Him directly, such songs are songs that expresses
your heart and longing for Him.
PRACTICAL
ISSUES
We
do not lift up our hands because it’s a form of worship; we do this because we
love Him.
