WAKE UP THE MIGHTY (PART 3)

WAKE UP THE MIGHTY (PART 3). JULY 29TH.

TEXT: Ephesians 2:1-6King James Version (KJV)

And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)
And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:

If you claim to be alive, you are dead, but if indeed you are dead, then you are alive. When you burry a seed, the element in the earth, the ground will begin to work on it till it penetrates and breaks the outer shell, stirs it up on the inside, until the potentials of that seed is stirred up and it releases a shoot that breaks through the earth (the ground) to begin a new life (Eph. 2:1). The same is applicable to the life that is sown in the spirit, the Spirit of God will begin to work on that soul until that life is quicken and the spirit comes alive, until this begins to happen, transformation is not taking place in your life.

Those who are easily moved and carried away do not have their roots deep in the life of the Spirit, and are still under the influence of the spirit of the power of the air. When you are well planted in God, you are not easily swayed.  If a man would live for God, you must like Paul, bring your body under subjection, and not be conformed to the world. Paul made us to understand that we are transformed by the power that comes from studying the word of God, that is how we are changed and the giant on the inside is awakened. Your walk with God should not be characterized by religiosity or by trying to prove you are anointed. Let the glory on your inside rise as you deepen your walk with God, then you won’t have need to call attention to yourself. When you get to that place where you easily live for Him, you do it with gladness because the life in the spirit is not a form but a glorious relationship full of gladness in God. The reason some of us walk under a closed heaven is because we have not come to the place of complete surrender. Let God have his way and the glory will follow.
